Refund & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns/exchange queries within 7 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays).
Returns/refunds are only accepted if the product(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
We provide a one-time exchange policy, only for products you may have received, have a size issue or which are damaged or have a manufacturing defect. The exchange will be done only for the same product SKU and not with any other products on the website.
We reserve the right to request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing any refund/exchange of the product.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
You have to return your product (and any free gifts provided with it) to us within 7 days from you’re the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated during promotional or festive periods.
Returns are at your own cost.

Once your product(s) are received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We do not offer exchange/returns for international orders.
We do not offer exchange/returns for accessory items such as socks, caps, thongs and yoga mats.
You are responsible for the costs of returns.
We do not accept any exchange, returns or cancellations on products purchased in sale.
